New Direct TV HD Channels
March 6, 2009 11:46 am TechnologyOne thing I really like about Direct TV is that they have so many HD channels. I bought a 42 inch Panasonic Plasma TV the day after Thanksgiving, so I have become spoiled watching high definition programming. The nice thing about Direct TV is that they are constantly adding new HD channels. The big Direct TV HD rollout was in 2007, when they expanded from a few dozen HD channels all the way up to 100 hi def channels. In 2008 things have been a bit slower, as Direct TV mainly added local HD, but this year is off to a good start with many new HD channels.
