Computer Security Seminar

They had an expert on computer security there to speak about making our networks and our computers more secure. She also had a lot of good information about keeping online accounts secure too. A lot of it was just common sense, but things that you might not think of.
I’m going through the process now of replacing my passwords at a lot of sites. I just used to use the same one at every site, but the presenter said that if one account gets hacked, then they’ve got your password to everywhere else. Makes sense.
A lot of work, but I think it was good advice.
