Cream Puffs Recipe for Newbies

We all love pastries and most would want to dabble in cream puffs recipe.  My passion for baking allowed me to be more experimental. Since I already perfected baking cookies and brownies, I am deeply challenged by these cute cream puffs being served in buffets and in coffee shops. I cannot deny the fact that I have become a fan of these puffy delights. My favorite cream puffs are the medium sized ones. The shell has to be crunchy but not to the extent that it is overbaked.  I want my filling to be made of custard and not those commercialized whipped cream.
