When Barack Obama was elected in the winter of 2009, the United States had enterred one of the worst recession period of its time. They were also at war in the middle east and had difficult relationships with many other countries.

barack obama had a nice agenda in front of him to say the least. So far, he has frozen the salaries of the governement employees and passsed on many new regulations that clearly defined his position on ceasing torture and giving a better image of the United States to the rest of the world. Will he keep on making positive changes?
