It Would Not be a Vacation Without Money Transfers

He was gone a week and called home, frantic, with a story that involved lost luggage and traveler’s checks. We wired him emergency funds and all was well. During the following years my other children entered college and we got the panic call from one of them each year, without fail. My husband and I became very good at sending money transfers on little notice. In fact, we have become friends with the staff at the office which handles our transfers.
