Bicycle crash

I was riding my bike down the street a few days ago and some guy came crashing into me on the side of the road. I have no idea what he was thinking, he just left the lane of traffic and came right into me. I am lucky to be alive actually, and I told him after the incident that he better have a good accident attorney because I was hurt and it was definitely his fault. Even the cop looked at him with disgust and said he would arrest him if he was able too. What a jerk for not paying attention.
