Researching Services for Advocacy for My Brother

My brother and his wife are separated. He had depression problems when he was younger and this has brought those problems back out. His wife has started the process of filing for a divorce and I am worried that my brother is going to get a raw deal because he can not deal with any of this right now. I have been researching advocacy services for my brother. I want to make sure that he does not get taken advantage during all of this. Once I help him with that, I will try to help him with his depression problems.
