No Need to Stop Running

I have been a runner since I was in junior high track.  It seems that as I get older I have to deal with a few injuries that I didn’t just a couple of years ago.  My knees and shins started causing me a lot of pain.  I called a sports injuries chiropractor in Houston to see if there was anything she might be able to do to help me.  I was so glad I called her.  She did a full review of my condition and set up a treatment plan that included taping when I ran. What a difference it makes!  There’s nothing I can do to stop the aging process but I can help the pain.
