Figuring Out Medical Code and Billing for Statement

I felt like something was not right, so I called a good friend of mine. She works in the medical code and billing department of a health organization, so she was able to take a detailed look at my statement. Sure enough, my instinct was right. There were a few charges appearing on the bill that should have been taken off.
