I have been irritated lately.  I have been eating out a lot and I’m not sure if it’s me but has customer service in restaurants absolutely gone south?  I know a good amount of waitors make their living off tips.  But when they don’t serve you well, I totally don’t think they deserve a tip.  I was at one of the San Mateo restaurants, and experienced one of the worst waitress ever.  To make a statement, I left a 1 penny tip.  I’m sure she got the idea.  Not like I’m ever going back there again.  I didn’t even bother telling the restaurant manager.
