I am not really sure how we managed to get ourselves in this predicament, but we have maxed out every single credit card we have, and we have a lot! I was in a car accident and haven’t been able to work for almost a year so we are really far behind on our payments. We went to a San Diego Bankruptcy attorney yesterday that clearly explained what our different options are regarding bankruptcy. We have a lot to think about now.
