Putting Cheap Car Insurance Ads to the Test

After countless commercials on daytime television, I felt a need to verify some of the claims.  Many auto insurance companies claim to offer the lowest rates available.  I see one ad campaign after another making promises that ultimately they cannot keep.  Or can they?  Recently, I decided to put these companies to the test.  In order to prove my point, I had to be willing to spend much time researching.  Believe it or not, I was surprised by my results.  There were several companies that really do offer cheap car insurance compared to others.  And, these policies appear to actually be competitive with their coverage.
